Runners Kitchen - Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

If you are in a rush, this is a simple, easy to make recipe guaranteed to please everyone in the family.  Can serve with broccoli or some other green vegetable. Also, can easily be scaled for larger families.

Maple-Glazed Pork Chops

Serves 2

½ tsp salt

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp pepper

2 boneless pork chops

1 Tbsp maple syrup

1 ½ tsp butter, melted

1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard

Combine first five ingredients: rub over pork chops.  Place in a greased 11”x7” baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 15 minutes.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Bake 5 minutes longer or until pork is done.
